Why we started
Most AI projects skip the work.
Tools get bought and agents get piloted before anyone has mapped how the work actually happens. The handoffs, exceptions, and manual workarounds that hold a process together get discovered too late, and the change stalls or has to be redone.
We started Simploworx to put modeling back at the front of the change. When the AS-IS is clear, AI agents get pointed at the right work, with the right controls, and the people who own the process stay in control of it.
